This option is for eligible U.S. federal documents, such as certain immigration, naturalization, court, or agency-issued records. Processing is estimated at 7 to 10 business days. We will review your document before submission and contact you if a different process is required.

Important Massachusetts Notarization Notice
If you are submitting a notarized document for a Massachusetts apostille, the document must be notarized correctly by a Massachusetts notary public.

If the notarization is incomplete, incorrect, missing required wording, or not accepted by the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth, the document may be rejected.

We are not responsible for rejection caused by an incorrect or improper notarization on a document provided to us. If you are not sure whether your document is ready, upload a copy and we can review it before submission.

Certified Translation Notice
Certified translation pricing is based on the number of pages and the language requested. We will review your uploaded document before processing and contact you if the page count, language, or document format requires a price adjustment.

Translation service does not replace apostille service. If the translated document also needs apostille processing, we will review the order and confirm the correct process.

Massachusetts Notarization Service Notice
Some documents must be properly notarized in Massachusetts before they can be submitted for a Massachusetts apostille.

If your document needs notarization, copy certification, acknowledgment, jurat, oath, or another notarial act, the signer may need to appear in person at our office with valid identification.

For certain documents, such as diplomas, transcripts, or other original records, you may send us the original document. If allowed, we can make a copy and complete the appropriate Massachusetts notarial certificate before apostille processing.

We do not notarize copies of Massachusetts vital records, such as birth, marriage, or death certificates. Those must be official certified records issued by the Massachusetts Registry of Vital Records or a Massachusetts city or town clerk.
